Directors
David Erdmann is dean of enrollment at Rollins College, with responsibilities including admission, financial aid, marketing, retention programs, and institutional research. He was formerly dean of admission at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has day and boarding school experience as teacher, division head, headmaster, and trustee. David conducts administrator searches and market research for independent schools. He consults on financial aid and admission strategies, strategic planning, team building, and enrollment planning. He has been a member of the NAIS Financial Aid Services Task Force. A graduate of Colby College, he holds masters degrees from Brown University and the State University of New York at Albany. Rick Dalton is president of College for Every Student (CFES) and is a nationally recognized expert on school reform. He was formerly director of enrollment management for Middlebury College and has boarding school experience as teacher, director of admissions, and trustee. Rick consults with independent schools on enrollment planning, market research, and publication development.
